Who doesn’t love the taste of caramel ? Even people who don’t like it “too sweet” will eat it. For what? Preparing a no-bake gourmet dessert. Because it is sometimes salty and also gives the opposite impression, a rather bitter aftertaste. I don’t know how I will describe it to you, but this ingredient makes everything mouthwatering and delicious. Just a little touch of coating or to integrate it into our cakes with some broken hazelnuts and it will immediately be something else.
Let’s see how to add it to the cheesecake recipe ?
The Ingredients:
Are you used to baking your cheesecake with eggs perhaps? Well, our recipe is much less slow. But first of all you will have to prepare the list of ingredients below:
– 300 g of cocoa biscuits
– Two jars of Greek yogurt
– 300 g of fresh ricotta
– 120 g of sugar
– 90 g of salted butter
– 200 g of ricotta
– Two tablespoons of milk
– A few sheets of gelatin
Not forgetting caramel, vanilla and peanuts.
Caramel Cheesecake:
Do you want everything ready? Yes, but you can do it too, nothing could be simpler.
– Melt the sugar over low heat in a saucepan
– Add the butter and a little salt as soon as it caramelises
– Finally, a little liquid cream
And to finish the recipe, set it aside and:
– Grind the biscuits with the butter to make the base of the cheesecake, packing well into the mold
– In a salad bowl, mix all the other (white) ingredients with the vanilla
– Dissolve the gelatin in cold water then add it to the hot milk
– Pour the mixture on the biscuits
– Keep cool then decorate with caramel and peanuts
See how simple it is? You’ll have all kinds of flavors in your mouth, and that’s what makes the cheesecake’s appeal and sweetness. Not to mention the elegance of this dessert with its three distinct colors, black, white and caramel! A real treat.
