How to revive stale bread in the oven:

The oven options are suitable for reviving stale loaves and loaves as well. There are two main ways: with or without foil.

In the oven with aluminum foil:

Sprinkle the bread with water – adjust the amount according to the degree of staleness of the bread and the thickness of its crust. Then wrap the bread in aluminum foil, place it in a cold oven and set the temperature to 150°C. Leave the bread for 10 minutes. Open the oven, unroll the foil slightly and check. If the bread is not soft enough, cover the foil again and let it rest for another 3-6 minutes. At the end, you can take the bread out of the foil and send it to the oven for another five minutes on convection mode. Thanks to this, excess moisture will come out of the crust and it will be crispy again.
