How to remove sweat stains from white clothes

YOU WILL NEED:
– 1 cup of vinegar
– 1 and a half cups of baking soda
– 1 tablespoon of salt
– 1 tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide

STEPS TO FOLLOW
Many believe that yellowish spots are caused by sweat itself, but in reality they are the result of the reaction between aluminum-based antiperspirants and the skin . Try using organic deodorants.

1. To deal with the problem of coloring, the first thing to do is to immerse the garment in a bucket full of vinegar with two cups of hot water . Leave to soak for at least 20 minutes.

2. Mix the baking soda, salt and hydrogen peroxide to form a paste. Remove the shirt from the vinegar water and squeeze it gently until the shirt is slightly damp. Cover the work surface with a towel and with the compound cover the stains with a generous layer. Hydrogen peroxide is a natural bleaching agent (so be careful when using it) and baking soda and salt work together to remove the stain. Let the mixture rest for at least 20 minutes.
