There is no age that can limit your life, if you believe you can do it, you can do it! All you need is a lot of willpower and belief in yourself. The protagonist of our story is a 96-year-old lady, she lifted a 25kg barbell, thanks to her constant training.
Dear granny is called Merce, she had broken a vertebra. She who has always been autonomous in everything and in that period she felt very difficult to depend on others.
Her son Mark advised her to apply to Starting Strength , a gym that welcomed her with open arms and has always supported her. After the fracture, today she managed to reach this great goal at her age: lifting 24 kg , leaving everyone speechless. The skill of her personal trainer and her willpower have made her strong and she has achieved excellent results.
